How did you become involved in football and when?
I first become involved in football at 16, when I started running the line for Soham Town Rangers Reserves, I qualified as a Referee aged 20.
What is your greatest achievement in football?
Just being involved is a great achievement for me.
What do you most enjoy about your role at the Cambs FA?
Working in football and working with the team at Cambs FA, as well as with all the volunteers who are involved in the game for their love of football.
And what is your greatest challenge in your work?
The greatest challenge is the different tasks I have to do; one minute I could be dealing with a Girls' League enquiry and the next a Referee appointment.
