This event is aimed at managers and coaches working with 5 - 11 year olds
A workshop with Tessa Payne, The FA’s Coach Development Manager for the Eastern Region for 5-11 year olds.
Tessa will use players from Comberton crusaders Under 11s to demonstrate practical examples of coaching using constant, variable and random practises to deliver the same theme.

This event is aimed at managers and coaches working with adults or older colts teams
A workshop with Peter Trevivian, The FA’s Coach Development Manager for the Eastern Region.
Peter will use players from March Town Utd to demonstrate how to use small sided games in training to prepare for matches

This event is aimed at managers and coaches working with 5 - 11 year olds or with 12 - 18 year olds
A workshop with FA Coach Development Managers Tessa Payne and Peter Trevivian.
Tessa will be working with a Mini-soccer team from Aztecs Juniors while Peter works with a colts team. Both sessions will be on defending. Managers and coaches can choose which one to watch or float between the two.
Members of the Coaches Association and Managers and Coaches from Charter Standard clubs are invited to attend as part of the Charter Standard In Service Event programme.
