Cambridgeshire FA are dedicated to supporting and developing more young leaders in the County. We recognise how important the development of our young leaders is to the future of our game.
It is for this reason that Cambs FA's Football Development Team are looking to set-up a Young Leaders Group.
The group is for anyone aged 14-18 that wants to be more involved in the game; whether that be coaching, refereeing, organising or administrating.
The benefits of joining this group will be:

- Opportunity to be mentored by Cambs FA Development Staff
- Bursary support for FA Courses*
- Coaching opportunities
- Training opportunities
- Chance to be picked to attend The FA’s Young Leaders Camp 2008
- Opportunity to earn extra money when helping at major events

There are plans in place to run an open evening / day for the group around October time and then several other meeting dates scheduled throughout the year for networking and training opportunities.
