The association's chief executive Roger Pawley is delighted Kershaw Mechanical Services have agreed to back the county's Premier Leagues for another three years until 2012.
It means the Cambs FA and the Cambridge-based company, who began their sponsorship deal in 1991, will have been working together for 21 years.
Mr. Pawley said: "We are delighted that Kershaw Mechanical Services have agreed to continue with this sponsorship.
"Both Bill Coad (Cambs FA chairman) and myself were at the first meeting all those years ago and we are thrilled to still be involved with this new agreement."
"The company sponsoring our leagues enables us to provide football for so many clubs and players at a reasonable cost."
"We also invest some of the monies into improving the standard of play and facilities where possible."
The new deal comes just a week after the Kershaw Group agreed to sponsor Cambridge United's away shirts for another two years.
Gary Smith, Kershaw Mechanical Services' managing director said: "Kershaw has been involved in the leagues for so long that they are even known as the Kershaw Leagues.
"Some of our staff play in these leagues and we know how much enjoyment everyone gets from the football. So it's a privilege to be able to support the leagues for another three years.
"We're looking forward to lots more great football."
In recognition for the support given to the Association by Kershaw Mechanical Services, Cambridgeshire FA Chairman, Bill Coad presented the Kershaw Mechanical Services Group Chairman, Eddie Bird with a gift in appreciation of the ongoing 18 years sponsorship. (photo)
