The Cambridgeshire FA Strategy 2015-19 aims to deliver outcomes across the game to support our primary purpose: ‘To administer, develop and deliver football and to make the experience as good as it can be for everyone’

The strategy document below outlines how we aim to make progress in our 5 main areas of work:

1.PLAY- maximising participation in all formats of the game
2.COACH- supporting more coaches to gain FA qualifications to ensure there is a vibrant player development pathway
3.FACILITIES- supporting both directly and indirectly an increase in the number of 3G pitches and raising the quality of grass pitches
4.VOLUNTEERS- developing our volunteer workforce to facilitate the needs of our affiliated clubs and leagues
5.EXCELLENCE- develop Cambridgeshire FA as an organisation to meet the challenges and needs of the game
