The Cambridgeshire Coaches Association was formed in January 2003 and has over 500 qualified coaches as its members. The Coaches Association is free of charge and open to all coaches who hold a minimum qualification of The FA 1st4Sport Level 1 Award in Football Coaching and either:
1. Live in Cambridgeshire
2. Completed a Cambridgeshire Football Association coaching course
3. Belong to a club in the Cambridgeshire are
4. Belong to a Cambridgeshire League.
The Association organises a number of coaching workshops throughout the year which are free of charge to all members (These are accredited CPD hours for the FA Licensed Coaches Club). These workshops not only offer the opportunity to meet other qualified coaches in the County but also to meet football experts including senior FA coaches and football related professionals that will give advice and tuition to members. A varied programme is planned for the year. However, members will be able to put forward topic ideas for future events.

The Future Game - Defending, Midfield Play, Finishing
Pre- Season Training - Age Appropriate
Transition between 7-9-11-a-side football
Developing a Club Philosophy
Youth Coaching & Player Development
The Coaches Association will also enable you to access current information regarding coaching courses, workshops, licensed coach CPD and other related events which will assist your personal development as a football coach and provide fresh ideas to help you and others at your club.
