We will consider outstanding acts of sportsmanship,
friendship, good behaviour, innovation and other activities which promote the growth of football and retaining people in game, for a monthly prize of Umbro equipment to the value of £100.

Once a nomination is submitted, as below, and we will offer the winners a ‘shopping list’ of items from the Umbro catalogue.
The scheme will run every month during the football season from February 2012 onwards.
