Guest Speaker: Paul Hall (coach to Olympic Silver Medallist Louis Smith)

Content: The first part of the workshop will be an opportunity to discuss cross sport topics related to talent identification. Paul will then be talking about his coaching journey and how he got to where he is today. He will also talk about talent identification in gymnastic and will help to facilitate the discussions earlier in the workshop.
It is specifically targeted at those who are identifying talent in your sport at a community sports club level. This is a cross sport event which hopefully leads to a lot of differential learning across all sports.
