Pledge Project

The Pledge Project

Can you help spread the word about disability football across Cambridgeshire?

Cambridgeshire FA is delighted to announce the launch of the Pledge Project - a concept developed to help increase disability football opportunities across the county.

What is the pledge project?

Disability football is one of the games greatest secrets and we need your support to promote and increase the opportunities across the county. Can you help spread the word about disability football across Cambridgeshire?

Why make a pledge?

Cambs FA want to get as many people playing football as we can. Many grassroots players, clubs, managers and parents are unaware of disability provision, and by promoting the opportunities in the county it may lead to a player with a disability joining a club.

Who can make a pledge?

All Cambs FA affiliated youth and adult clubs are invited to make a pledge, regardless of whether your club currently offers disability football. We would especially like to involve clubs who do not currently have any disability provision, and are keen for the club to get involved.

How to make a pledge

Pledges don't have to cost a lot of money and require very little time to complete but could have a huge impact on local football. Discuss with your club how you could support the pledge and get in contact to discuss further.

If you would like to get involved full information on the Pledge Project can be downloaded here.
