We are delighted to announce that Cambridge United FC will deliver Cambridgeshire’s first Emerging Talent Centre!

England Football have recently announced the changes to the female pathway and Advanced Coaching Centres will now become Emerging Talent Centres.

Since 2014/15, Girls’ Advanced Coaching Centres have been the steppingstone onto the female talent pathway, with many players from Cambridgeshire being selected for regional and national camps and even some players pulling on an England shirt!
