The Cambridgeshire FA’s Girls and Women’s league will be rebranded to Alan Boswell Group Cambridgeshire Girls and Women’s Football League, but the insurance group behind the sponsorship will remain the same.

The league has been sponsored by S-Tech Insurance Services for the last sixteen seasons. S-Tech has been incorporated by Alan Boswell Group (ABG) and this change is part of a wider rebranding for the firm. 

ABG have eight offices across East Anglia and Lincolnshire, two of which are based in Cambridge, and over 380 staff working across their insurance, financial services, and risk management companies. ABG have been sponsors of Norwich City, Peterborough United, and Cambridge United football clubs for many seasons and are founder members of the new Cambridgeshire FA 1884 Club, a business network which brings together local business through their love of football.

Marketing Director at Alan Boswell Group, Lee Boswell, said: “I’m pleased that we are continuing to sponsor the Cambridgeshire FA girls and women’s league. Our support of both grass-roots and professional sport is well known. Women’s football has received a lot of attention recently with the Euros and we’re proud to have played our own small part in the success in that.”
