Joining a women's or girls' football club is a great way of getting regular exercise, keeping fit and making new friends. Most female teams train for an hour or two in the week and play matches at weekends. Girls' teams usually play on Saturdays and women's teams play on Sundays. Find a club here. Most of the girls' and women's teams in Cambridgeshire play in the Cambridgeshire Women's and Girl's League. The senior women's teams play in the Eastern Region Women's League and The FA Women's Premier League. Links to the female leagues can be found in the footer below.
