We have a fantastic coach development opportunity available for the 2024/25 season! 

As part of our on-going CPD programme we now have a brand-new group for historically under-represented coaches to access bespoke support alongside Cambs FA’s usual CPD offer.  

The group is led by FA Regional Coach Developer, Nimesh Patel, who is working to support historically under-represented coaches in the game. The group is for those with no qualifications and just looking for a safe space to chat, learn and develop and for aspirational coaches who want to work fulltime in the game - the group has a place for everyone!

Our coach development group is a targeted, positive action initiative designed to give new coaches or those currently working in the game, the opportunity to gain invaluable experience and support as they develop their skills and work towards becoming a better coach.

There will be four face-to-face development opportunities over the season and the workshops will be tailored to the individual’s needs. We also have a WhatsApp group where we can provide further information.
