Inclusion

Football is open and accessible for all

When we say football is for all we mean it.

As England’s national sport, with more than 30 million spectators, 11 million participants and 100,000 grassroots teams, football has incredible power to bring people together, pull down barriers and act as a force for good. With this power comes responsibility.

As the game’s governing body in England, The FA consider this responsibility to be a day-to-day duty. So much so that they’ve published their Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Plan for 2021-24.You can download a copy here.
It contains clear targets across four priority areas of work:
• The FA and its culture
• The England teams’ support structure
• The game’s grassroots workforce
• Inclusion programmes across the game

We’re determined to ensure football is For All.
