The Cambridgeshire FA is seeking to recruit a Referee Development Officer with responsibility of developing the referee workforce across Cambridgeshire.
The role encompasses the following areas
- Strategic planning and implementation of effective retention & development strategies for referees that deliver County FA Key Performance Indicators.
- Strategic planning and delivery of the referee developer workforce.
- Ensure all referees and members of the referee developer workforce meet FA Safeguarding requirements
Salary (competitive)
Fixed term contract until 30th June 2021 (post continuation subject to FA funding)
