Following the successful England DNA Foundation Phase CPD event in January Huntingdonshire FA and Cambridgeshire FA are proud to be hosting this update and introduction to the England DNA in the Youth Development Phase.

  The 3 hour workshop will highlight our ethos, principles and considerations for coaches working with 12-16 year old players across the game. Importantly, this links to and builds on from our Foundation Phase England DNA.

This is a superb opportunity for any coach who is working in the Youth Development Phase or looking to develop knowledge for the transition of players from the Foundation Phase.

We strongly encourage coaches to join the FA Hive Learning platform, which is proving to be a valuable learning tool where coaches can learn more around the England DNA, alongside a number of coaching demonstrations and tips for them to use within their grassroots clubs.
