Two exciting opportunities on offer to join our team - Business Operations Manager and Referee Development Officer

Cambridgeshire FA has vacancies for the following full-time (37.5 hours p/w) positions:

Business Operations Manager
Referee Development Officer

Location: Both roles are based at Cambridgeshire FA HQ, Bridge Road, Impington, Cambridgeshire, CB24 9PH. We are currently operating a flexible hybrid working model with our staff splitting their time between site based and home working. We believe this maintains the benefits of home working, while allowing for collaboration, interaction, and business functions.

Cambridgeshire FA is the not-for-profit, governing body of football in Cambridgeshire. We grow participation, promote diversity and regulate the sport for everyone to enjoy.

Business Operations Manager (starts from £29,753)

We are looking for a self-motivated team player, with leadership experience, to provide strategic direction and management of the operations aspects of the business. This includes football governance and discipline, building and office management, and commercial operations. The Business Operations Manager will be part of the management committee and support the CEO with day-to-day finance and corporate governance tasks.

Referee Development Officer (starts from £24,378)

We’re looking for a pro-active self-starter to work within our football development team on all aspects of referee development. The referee development officer will support delivery of the Cambridgeshire Football Association 2021-24 Strategy, The FA Grassroots Football Strategy, and the FA Referee Strategy. They will recruit, convert, retain, develop and progress referees to service the game and maximise coverage of affiliated league and cups fixtures. The ideal candidate will have experience of refereeing or referee development and be able to plan, implement and evaluate initiatives to have a positive impact on the football environment.
