We're Recruiting A Football Development Assistant

Cambridgeshire FA has a vacancy for the part-time (21 hours p/w) position of Football Development Assistant.

Location: The role is based at Cambridgeshire FA HQ, Bridge Road, Impington, Cambridgeshire, CB24 9PH. We are currently operating a flexible hybrid working model with our staff splitting their time between site based and home working. We believe this maintains the benefits of home working, while allowing for collaboration, interaction, and business functions.

Football Development Administrator (starts from £11,450)

We’re looking for a pro-active self-starter to work within our football development team on all coach education aspects of football development. The Football Development Administrator will support delivery of the Cambridgeshire Football Association 2021-24 Strategy and The FA Grassroots Football Strategy. They will retain and develop the coaching workforce and support football clubs with coach education opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience of coaching or coach development and be able to plan, implement and evaluate initiatives to have a positive impact on the football environment.
