Huge thank you to Wisbech St Mary FC for hosting our #LetUsPlay festival, and to Coach Craig and Coach Ellie for being such fantastic role models!

Despite the weather, 50 children had a great day playing football and making new friends. Well done to all the superstar players who braved the rain to join us!

Players had the chance to take part in skill building workshops, which were delivered by experienced coaches. The workshops focused on developing fundamental techniques, teamwork and ensuring that the young players started to have a deeper understanding of the game.

Later in the day, the players were able to enjoy a series of friendly small-sided games, with a host of passion, determination and enjoyment on display from everyone involved.

A parent said "The children had a full day of football activity fun. My son loves everything football so he had so much fun. I would like to thank all the coaches and helpers that took their time to offer our children the opportunity to have football fun."
