Anyone who has a concern about the welfare of a child and or the behaviour of an adult towards a child or young person under 18 or an adult at risk in football, is required to refer it to the Cambridgeshire FA Safeguarding Team.

SAFEGUARDING CONCERNS
If the concern can be categorised as:
- Sexual Abuse
- Emotional Abuse
- Physical Abuse
- Neglect
- Bullying
You can contact our safeguarding team by emailing safeguarding@cambridgeshriefa.com if you wish to report it directly to The FA please email safeguarding@thefa.com
If the concern involves possible or actual risk of harm to children, you must report it! Call The NSPCC 24-hour helpline on 0808 800 5000 – or if it is an emergency because a child or children are at immediate risk, then call the police or children’s social care.
POOR PRACTICE
If the concern DOES NOT involve any of the categories above and DOES NOT involve possible or actual risk of harm to children, you can report it via the poor practice referral form below.
Please note – If your concern relates to a potential breach of FA Disciplinary Regulations, please report it to our disciplinary team (discipline@cambridgeshirefa.com). Examples of a potential breach would be:
- Player, manager, coach, referee using foul and abusive language at a match
- Manager / coach entering the field of play during the match
- Spectators behaving poorly from the touchline
